LEGAL NOTICE -CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING And NEW PUBLIC HEARING LEROY TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION The Zoning Commission of Leroy Township, Lake County, Ohio gives notice that it is continuing the Public Hearing on Sections 2, 9, 10.11, 10.4, 11.6, 16.05E, 16.05F, and Table 16.1 and holding a Public Hearing on Section 8.9 at 7pm on May 12, 2026 at the Leroy Township Community Center, 13028 Leroy Center Road, Leroy, Ohio, 44077. The proposed text amendment for Section 8.9 is to delete that Section. Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at the Leroy Township Community Center or on the Township website at leroyohio.com. Prior to the hearing, this matter will be referred to the Lake County Planning Commission. At the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Leroy Township Trustees for its action.
