Leroy Township is requesting quotes from qualified lawn care and landscaping contractors for a one-time spring clean-up at the following Township properties. Spring clean-up is required to be finished before May 18th, 2026.
Services are anticipated to include but are not limited to the following at each location:
- Roundabout
- Trim, edge, mulch, spray all weeds including walkways.
- Williams Cemetery
- Spring clean up- remove debris from winter such as leaves and branches, removing any old dead flowers, plants, wreaths, trimming, edging. Spray all driveways and walkways with weedkiller. Mulch all beds. Plant flowers of contractor’s choice in the Veteran’s Memorial area of Cemetery.
- Brakeman Cemetery
- Spring clean up- remove debris from winter such as leaves and branches, removing any old dead flowers, plants, wreaths.
- Northeast Cemetery
- Spring clean up- remove debris from winter such as leaves and branches, removing any old dead flowers, plants, wreaths.
Contractors should have appropriate insurance coverage and experience providing services for public or municipal properties. Proof of insurance may be required prior to award.
Please submit your quote no later than March 13th, 2026. Quotes should include pricing details, service frequency, and any assumptions or exclusions.
