Leroy Township is requesting quotes from qualified lawn care and landscaping contractors for seasonal mowing and grounds maintenance services for the spring- fall 2026 season.
The scope of services includes routine weekly mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance as determined by grass growth at the following township properties:
- Leroy Ballfields and Park
- ODOT Sign area
- Roundabout
- Meeting House
- School Property
- Williams Cemetery
- Northeast Cemetery
- Brakeman Cemetery
- Paine Cemetery- mowed a minimum of 4 times during the season.
Services are anticipated to include, but are not limited to:
- Regular mowing and trimming during the growing season
- Edging around headstones, monuments, sidewalks, signs, and landscaped areas
- Removal of grass clippings from paved areas and sensitive locations
- Maintaining a neat, professional appearance appropriate for public properties
Contractors should have appropriate insurance coverage and experience providing services for public or municipal properties. Proof of insurance may be required prior to award.
Please submit your quote no later than March 13th, 2026. Quotes should include pricing details, service frequency, and any assumptions or exclusions.
