Zoning Commission Public Hearing

The Zoning Commission of Leroy Township, Lake County, Ohio gives notice that it will be holding a Public Hearing on Section 2 of the Leroy Regulations, at 7pm on November 17, 2026 at the Leroy Township Community Center, 13028 Leroy Center Road, Leroy, Ohio, 44077. The proposed text amendment for Section 2 is to remove the words “mobile homes” from the definition of “Structure”.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at the Leroy Township Community Center or on the Township website at leroyohio.com. Prior to the hearing, this matter will be referred to the Lake County Planning Commission. At the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Leroy Township Trustees for its action.
