The Leroy Township Board of Trustees is requesting quotes for masonry repair services for three township-owned buildings including the Concession Stand, the Fire Department, and the Township Hall. The scope of work includes chiseling and tuckpointing as needed to address deteriorated mortar joints and any related masonry issues.
We are seeking a qualified contractor to:
· Inspect each building and identify areas requiring repair
· Perform chiseling to remove damaged or failing mortar
· Complete tuckpointing to restore structural integrity and appearance
· Use materials and methods appropriate for the existing masonry
· Ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner
Please include in your quote:
· A detailed breakdown of costs (labor, materials, etc.)
· Estimated timeline for completion
· Any assumptions or exclusions
· Proof of insurance and relevant experience with similar projects
