LEROY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The Board of Zoning Appeals of Leroy Township, Lake County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be
held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Leroy Township Town Hall, 6684 Paine Road, Leroy Twp.,
Ohio, 44077.
Application for Variance of Section 16 – Table 16.1. A variance of 27’ has been requested by Stacey L.
Rodgers at 13537 Carter Rd. The purpose of the variance is for an attached garage to be built within 73’ from
the edge of the right of way. Section 16 – Table 16.1 states that the minimum front yard setback must be 100’.
A copy of the application is on file and available for inspection and copying by calling (440) 254-4601. Oral
and written comments will be taken at this hearing.
