The Leroy Twp Zoning Commission, Lake County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Tues., Dec. 7, 2021 at 7 p.m. at the Leroy Twp Hall, to consider proposed amendments to the text of the Township Zoning Regulations:
Section 2 – Definitions: Revise Manufacturing, Light:
Section 5.2 – Enforcement: Change the fine amount and who may be penalized.
Section 17.01 –Change reference of Five Points crossroads to roundabout (Five-Points)
Section 17.03 change chart to show retail business 10,000 sf + as not permitted in B-4 district.
Section 33.04.A.02.a – Alt. Energies: roof-mounted solar panel setback allowance.
Section 25 – Parking: Modify 25.01 regarding ingress/egress, width and materials used.
A copy of the above is on file with the Zoning Secretary at (440) 254-4601. All comments can be mailed to the attention of the Zoning Secretary at 13028 Leroy Center Road, emailed to leroybza@roadrunner.com, or voiced directly at the Dec. 7th meeting. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to ask questions or give testimony. At the conclusion of the hearing, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for its action.
