The Leroy Twp Trustees, Lake County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the Leroy Township Hall, to consider proposed amendments to the text of the Township Zoning Regulations:
- Amendment #1 Section 2 – Definitions: Revise def. of Manufacturing, Light
- Amendment #2 Section 5.2 – Enforcement: Change fine amount and who may be penalized
- Amendment #3 Section 17.01 – Change reference of Five Points crossroads to roundabout (Five-Points)
- Amendment #4 Section 17.03 – change chart to show retail business 10,000 sf + as not permitted in B-4 district
- Amendment #5 Section 33.04.A.02.a – Alt. Energies: modify roof-mounted solar panel setback
- Amendment #6 Section 25 – Parking: Modify 25.01 regarding ingress/egress, width and materials used

A copy of the Zoning Changes and Additions is on file with the Fiscal Officer at (440) 254-4601. All comments can be mailed to the attention of the Fiscal Officer at 13028 Leroy Center Road, emailed to leroytwp@sbcglobal.net, or voiced directly at the March 2, 2022 meeting. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to ask questions or give testimony.
