Last year the Christian LIFE Church in Mentor provided a free community event for all seniors – the children of the congregation performed a musical, “Candy Cane Lane”. The event was a hit and had nothing but positive reviews. Hopefully some of our Leroy seniors were able to attend.
The Pastor has extended an invitation to this year’s event and hopes to make these musicals an annual event!
This year the children will be performing a musical called “Little Drummer Dude”. This is a clever, fun and vibrant production that the children have been working on since the summer. Treats, a small gift for every senior in attendance and an opportunity for photos with family will be provided.
